This Chapter, under charter from The International Supreme Council of the Order of DeMolay, know as Mountain Park of Gwinnett Chapter of the Order of DeMolay, shall be governed first by the Statutes of The International Supreme Council of the Order of DeMolay; and second, by the following bylaws: See above sections
